CHELSEA HAS A LITTLE LUCKY

Chelsea defender Ashley Cole, said he was happy his team can advance to the Champions League final, after slamming Barcelona in the semi-finals. Nevertheless, he considered "The Blues" was a bit lucky in the second leg 2-2 draw them.

With the draw, Chelsea advanced to the finals with a 3-2 aggregate advantage. The success was very meaningful because Chelsea played with 10 men after defender John Terry red-carded in the 37th minute.

At the 49th minute, Barcelona also had a chance to increase the lead after a penalty was awarded. However, Lionel Messi is the executioner, failed to capitalize on that opportunity, because it still kicks the ball hit the crossbar.

"When you lose two central defenders, it would be very difficult. Not many people believed we would get through the game, but we as a team can do it. It is very difficult to survive in a situation like that, but we did it, though perhaps with a bit of received luck, "said Cole.

"Three months ago, no one thought we had an opportunity like this. We always believe and know, we're pretty well here. You can not beat the struggles and desires that we show today," he said.

Chelsea will now wait for the winner of other semifinal match, between Bayern Munich and Real Madrid. Own final game will be played at the Allianz Arena on May 19.

Penyebab Gagal Ginjal

Penyebab gagal ginjal akut dapat dibedakan menjadi tiga kelompok besar, yaitu:

• Penyebab prerenal, yakni berkurangnya aliran darah ke ginjal. Hal ini dapat disebabkan oleh:
  • hipovolemia (volume darah yang kurang),  misalnya karena perdarahan yang hebat.
  • Dehidrasi karena kehilangan cairan, misalnya karena muntah-muntah, diare, berkeringat banyak dan demam.
  • Dehidrasi karena kurangnya asupan cairan.
  • Obat-obatan, misalnya obat diuretic yang menyebabkan pengeluaran cairan berlebihan berupa urin.
  • Gangguan aliran darah ke ginjal yang disebabkan sumbatan pada pembuluh darah ginjal.
• Penyebab renal di mana kerusakan terjadi pada ginjal.
  • Sepsis: Sistem imun tubuh berlebihan karena terjadi infeksi sehingga menyebabkan peradangan dan merusak ginjal.
  • Obat-obatan yang toksik terhadap ginjal.
  • Rhabdomyolysis: terjadinya kerusakan otot sehingga menyebabkan serat otot yang rusak menyumbat sistem filtrasi ginjal. Hal ini bisa terjadi karena trauma atau luka bakar yang hebat.
  • Multiple myeloma.
  • Peradangan akut pada glomerulus, penyakit lupus eritematosus sistemik,  Wegener's granulomatosis, dan Goodpasture syndrome.
• Penyebab postrenal, di mana aliran urin dari ginjal terganggu.
  • Sumbatan saluran kemih (ureter atau kandung kencing) menyebabkan aliran urin berbalik arah ke ginjal. Jika tekanan semakin tinggi maka dapat menyebabkan kerusakan ginjal dan ginjal menjadi tidak berfungsi lagi.
  • Pembesaran prostat atau kanker prostat dapat menghambat uretra (bagian dari saluran kemih) dan menghambat pengosongan kandung kencing.
  • Tumor di perut yang menekan serta menyumbat ureter.
  • Batu ginjal.

Sedangkan penyebab gagal ginjal kronik antara lain:

• Diabetes mellitus tipe 1 dan tipe 2 yang tidak terkontrol dan menyebabkan nefropati diabetikum.
• Tekanan darah tinggi yang tidak terkontrol.
• Peradangan dan kerusakan pada glomerulus (glomerulonefritis), misalnya karena penyakit lupus atau pasca infeksi.
• Penyakit ginjal polikistik, kelainan bawaan di mana kedua ginjal memiliki kista multipel.
• Penggunaan obat-obatan tertentu dalam jangka lama atau penggunaan obat yang bersifat toksik terhadap ginjal.
• Pembuluh darah arteri yang tersumbat dan mengeras (atherosklerosis) menyebabkan aliran darah ke ginjal berkurang, sehingga sel-sel ginjal menjadi rusak (iskemia). 
• Sumbatan aliran urin karena batu, prostat yang membesar, keganasan prostat.
• Infeksi HIV, penggunaan heroin, amyloidosis, infeksi ginjal kronis, dan berbagai macam keganasan pada ginjal.
